These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the website www.shabblit.com (the "Site") and any services offered by Shabblit Digital Solutions ("Shabblit," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to website development, e-commerce solutions, graphic design, social media management, website maintenance, and related digital marketing services.
By accessing our Site, engaging our services, or clicking "I agree" where applicable, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Site or services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be posted on this page with the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Site or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Our Services
Shabblit Digital Solutions provides a range of professional digital services, including:
- Website Development: Custom WordPress websites, e-commerce stores (WooCommerce, Shopify), and web applications
- Graphic Design & Stationery: Logo design, brand identity, business cards, letterheads, and packaging design
- Social Media Management: Content creation, community engagement, paid advertising, and analytics reporting
- Website Maintenance: Security monitoring, backups, updates, performance optimization, and technical support
- Consultation & Strategy: Digital marketing audits, SEO strategy, and growth planning
Each service may be subject to specific terms, timelines, and deliverables as outlined in individual project proposals, quotes, or service agreements. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the signed agreement shall prevail.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful project delivery, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, materials, and feedback required for the project
- Designate a primary point of contact who has the authority to make decisions and approve deliverables
- Respond to our requests for feedback or approvals within agreed timelines (typically 3-5 business days unless otherwise specified)
- Secure all necessary licenses, permissions, or consents for any content, images, or trademarks you provide to us
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your website, content, and business operations
β οΈ Delays: If you fail to provide timely feedback or required materials, project timelines may be extended, and additional charges may apply.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
What You Own
Upon full payment for a project, you own all final deliverables specifically created for you, including website designs, logos, graphics, and custom code (excluding third-party software licenses). We will provide you with source files and assets in agreed formats.
What We Own
Shabblit retains ownership of:
- Any pre-existing tools, code libraries, frameworks, or templates used in developing your project (licensed to you for use as part of your project)
- Our internal processes, methodologies, and trade secrets
- Any work for which you have not made full payment
Portfolio Rights
We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing. We will never share confidential or proprietary information without your permission.
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specified in your project proposal or service agreement:
- A 40-50% deposit is required before work begins on any project
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion or according to the agreed milestone schedule
- For monthly retainers (social media management, website maintenance), payment is due at the start of each billing cycle
- Invoices are payable within 7-14 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur a 5% monthly interest charge and suspension of services
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are your responsibility
π³ Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards (via secure payment gateways), and online payment platforms. All payments are processed securely.
6. Revisions & Approvals
We want you to be completely satisfied with our work. Our standard packages include:
- Logo & Graphic Design: 2-3 rounds of revisions
- Website Design: 2 rounds of design revisions
- Social Media Content: 2 rounds of content review per month
Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may be billed at our standard hourly rate (currently βΉ1,500 β βΉ2,500/hour, subject to change). Once you provide written approval (email or signed document), further changes may be treated as new work.
